Located just off Main St in Mornington, Assaggini Wine Bar & Restaurant prides itself on its contemporary Italian share style menu, extensive Wine selection and warm, friendly hospitality.

You are a lover of all things food and wine.
You share the values and identify with who we are as outlined above.
You are passionate about the restaurant scene and looking for a career, not just a job.
You have proven experience as a waiter and thrive on the quick pace environment.
You have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
You must have an RSA certificate. WSET certification is an advantage.
You understand that hospitality hours are wide and varied and prepared to work a mix of shifts including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
We’re currently able to offer up to 20 hours for the right all star with competitive remuneration in line with your skills, experience and passion.
